The closest airport to the Virgin Hotel is the BNA/Nashville International Airport (approximately 8.3 miles, 25 minutes)

What are my transportation options to the hotel?
Various transportation options are available from the airports to the hotel.

• Taxi service - Taxis pick up passengers in a dedicated taxi loading zone outside of the main terminal, level 1.  Follow the overhead signage to taxi loading. 
• Rental car service is also available through various counters at airport terminals.
• Ride App - Ride app services pick up passengers from the ground transportation center, located on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.

Is there a fee for parking?
Valet Parking is available at the Virgin Hotel, at a discount rate of $55 per night, $65 over sized vehicles.

What is the suggested attire for the conference?
Business casual attire is suggested for all meeting functions.
