What is included with the trip? What costs am I responsible for?

  • Universal Shield Insurance Group will cover your hotel room (room & tax only and for the dates of May 3-6,2026), all company sponsored food & beverage functions, tours, and any off-site group events. Transportation for the tours and offsite events will be provided. 
  • You/your company will be responsible for any hotel incidental charges (ex: room service, maid gratuity, etc.) Airfare, Ground Transportation, and any food and beverage or personal activities outside of Universal Shield Insurance Group sponsored events.

What Airport should I fly into?

  • John Glenn Columbus International Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel

Does the hotel offer parking, and what is the cost?

  • Overnight Valet: $45 + Tax (subject to availability & pricing increases based on the hotel)

What time is hotel check in and check out?

  • Check in: 4:00pm
  • Check out: 11:00am
